Custom Order Policy

We regret that custom orders cannot be returned. If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer must cover the additional shipping costs to the correct address.

Shipping delays or lost packages are addressed on a case-by-case basis. If your item has not arrived by the promised date, please reach out to us for assistance with tracking. Once an order leaves our workshop, it is out of our control.
